Ensurity works with retailers and law enforcement for their tracking requirements.
We are seeking qualified candidates to join our team at our Lake Worth location.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, working with computer software and communicating with customers by phone and email.
You must be comfortable working with many custom software solutions and supporting law enforcement and retail customers over the phone and internet.
Schedule Two shifts are available 12 PM - 8 PM Monday to Friday 3PM - 11 PM Monday to Friday Paid on-call work is available as well on evenings and weekends - On-call work is paid at $25 per hour plus standby pay daily rates.
This is available after the training period is completed.
What You Will Do Customer Service Related Activities - Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every customer - Work with multiple computer systems and custom software applications - Communicate with customers via phone, email - Effectively manage customer inquiries - Solve customer problems and find the best possible solutions - Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability.
- Ship products to customers using FedEx and UPS Shipping utilities - Receive and process customer returns - Update and maintain accurate records in the company CRM and Help Desk tool - Engage with customers pro-actively suggesting best practices - Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Become a product expert and understand each customer's needs to provide real, effective solutions and deliver exceptional customer service to all of our customers across the country - Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies What You Need to Succeed - Excellent Customer Service Skills - Ability to learn new software programs including proprietary software - Adaptable to a rapidly changing work environment with new products and services being added regularly - Ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment - Flexibility to work overtime as scheduled, including occasional evenings and Saturdays Job Type:
