If you have experience in managing administrative tasks involved in construction projects utilizing skills in Data Entry, Customer Service, Material Ordering, and Billing for the construction industry, we have a career opportunity for you! Job Requirements:
Background and experience in Construction Administration.
Processing and completing data entry of specific jobs.
Reviewing and Processing orders of specific jobs.
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
Utilizing QuickBooks functions including invoicing.
Ability to keep track of project progress using various software.
Clear communication skills, both verbally and written.
Excellent follow up skills & work ethic.
Proficient in all MS office programs, typing and computer navigation skills.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
A strong work ethic and a high level of self-motivation.
Must be Dependable and Detail Oriented.
Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
