- Greet and check-in patients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring their visit starts with a smile at Midtown Clinic - Coordinate appointments and manage patient schedules with hustle and precision, prioritizing their well-being - Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns with integrity and empathy - Assist with insurance paperwork and billing processes, displaying high energy and attention to detail to ease the administrative burden for our patients at Midtown Clinic - Engage in patient education about chiropractic care and treatment plans, empowering them to take control of their family's wellness journey while fostering customer appreciation Requirements:
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (reading and writing) to cater to our diverse community at Midtown Clinic - Enthusiastic, high-energy, and happy personality to create a positive and inviting atmosphere - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering a sense of belonging for all patients - Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail to ensure each patient's needs are met with precision at Midtown Clinic At Midtown Clinic, we truly believe in the power of our values.
