Private Not for Profit Mental Health Supported Employment agency operating in Palm Beach County for over 40 years is looking for an experienced Fiscal Manager to join their growing team.

Fiscal Manager is responsible for the following:
HR functions including payroll, process 1099's, new hire orientation, accounts payable/receivables, maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, create financial statements, create all agency budgets, reconcile bank and PayPal accounts and other duties as assigned.
Must be well versed in Microsoft Suites (i.
e.
Word, Excel, Outlook) organized, and able to prioritize duties/tasks independently.
Working knowledge of Financial Edge or Quickbooks required.
Salary is negotiable.
