Summary:
HCA Healthcare is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our hospital-employed general surgery practice specializing in colon rectal, bariatrics and abdominal wall reconstruction.
Qualified Candidates:
NP board certification Join a general surgery practice specializing in colon rectal, bariatrics, and abdominal wall reconstruction.
Minimum of 2 years of experience Responsibilities to include:
Work closely with providers to provide continuity of patient care See follow-up and post-op patients independently Patient education regarding pre-op, hospital, and post-op expectations with phone call follow up post discharge Assist in minor office procedures Follow up on all tests ordered to ensure completion and review results (including postop pathology) Communicate with and facilitate the coordination of care Provide day-to-day clinical job functions related to triage/patient care Must be committed, willing to collaborate, and enthusiastic about taking care of patients Must have excellent communication skills Incentive/Benefits Package:
