We are currently seeking a fulltime Bilingual Admissions Assistant for our office in Lantana ! Under supervision, provides administrative support to the Admissions Department.
Coordinates administrative functions necessary to process initial and internal referrals, intake scheduling, and overall administrative support for the Admissions Department.
Status:
Full Time Employee (Monday - Friday; 40 hours a week) In person position Ensures that referrals to the department contain all necessary information to be entered in the LAURIS database system.
Verifies Medicaid eligibility Secures funding for clients.
Notifies clients and referral sources insurance eligibility.
Schedules and confirms intake appointments Assigns chart numbers to new clients.
Requests funds via e-mal or fax from funding sources.
Faxes initial Primary Care Physician forms (PCP) Excellent customer service skills, organizational and computer skills (Word, Excel, Internet, e-mail).
Maintain ongoing communication with referral sources EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Entry Position - Minimum of High School or equivalent.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
