Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls and responding to emails - Assist with tax coordination, including scheduling meetings and maintaining tax files - Scanning documents - Updating and maintaining data base -- Assist with administrative tasks in a tax, accounting, financial services office - Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner Skills:
- Strong customer service skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines -Experience with Microsoft Office - Attention to detail - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys providing support in an office environment.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
