- Provide administrative support and perform general office tasks - Manage calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements and the occasional personal errands.
- Coordinate and assist with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines and deliverables - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and mail - Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using Quicken - Conduct research and compile information for various projects - Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations - Assist with event planning and coordination
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues - Experience in project coordination or similar role is preferred - Proficient in clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping - Knowledge of Quicken or similar accounting software is a plus - Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Familiarity with Outlook Calendar for scheduling and organizing appointments - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Interest or Experience with Commercial Real Estate (non-residential) preferred but not required- Strong written and verbal communication skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities and qualifications.
