Metro is looking for a Physical Therapist to treat Per Diem/ Part Time in our Independent facility. This Independent facility consists of a healthy and extremely active senior community who you will have the opportunity to provide 1 on 1 care to! Metro PT has been successful in the ability to integrate and collaborate with the community with this programing, providing outpatient services as well. Our clinics enjoy a well-trained support staff, as well as a state-of-the-art space and equipment. Come be a part of a growing organization in a progressive, supportive, and innovative team!
All levels of experience are encouraged to apply and will train the right new graduate.
Responsibilities:
Assess each patient and develop detailed treatment and care plans for each patient.
Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on identified and attained goals.
Communicate and coordinate with patient's physicians to ensure a consistent level of care.
Daily documentation in EMR.
Comply with federal and state physical therapy regulations.
Requirements:
Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Florida
Provide 1:1 care
Experience in Geriatrics, Ortho and Parkinson's a plus
Willingness to perform aquatic therapy
Evaluates a patient's need for physical therapy and develops an appropriate treatment plan.
Provide appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan, agency policy and professional standards of care.
Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, & CPR CertificationsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
