The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property operations, ensuring compliance with contracts, and maintaining effective communication with board members and residents.
Responsibilities Understand and adhere to contract terms and conditions.
Regularly inspect the property and report any architectural and property violations to the board members and supervisor.
Assist the Board in obtaining bids from qualified and approved vendors.
Manage all Association correspondence.
Attend Annual meetings.
Review Work Orders and provide recommendations for recurring issues.
Collaborate with Seacrest divisions to ensure consistent communication with Boards and Residents.
Stay updated with State Statute requirements and upcoming changes.
Qualifications Active CAM license.
Professional appearance.
Ability to manage projects effectively.
Excellent multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Friendly and approachable demeanor.
