This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Representative 4-40.
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
This includes handling customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and maintaining a positive customer experience.
The role will be primarily located in West Palm Beach, FL, with flexibility for some remote work.

- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide information about products and services - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner - Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries - Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate Requirements:
