Pharmacist

This position is a full time position working 40
hours per week at a long-standing, independent pharmacy. Current working schedule is Monday -- Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm
We are seeking an experienced and motivated pharmacist to join our team. We are looking for someone who has management capabilities/experience to oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy department. He or she will be expected to work in both the retail and compounding departments. The duties will include compounding, drug information resource, formula development, MTM, and patient counseling. The ideal candidate will be expected to be an integral part of the team capable of guiding Technicians in a positive, professional manner.
Qualifications:
? State of Florida Registered Pharmacist Licensure in good standing (MUST HAVE)
? Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy (MUST HAVE)
? Current ComputerRx, Rx30 and/or PK Experience preferred
? Medisca or PCCA training preferred
? Must be able to fluently communicate both orally and written in English
? Must have the ability to work in a fast past environment
? Exhibit punctuality and low absenteeism
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
? Overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy
? Ensuring policies and procedures are strictly followed
? Assisting in the training of technicians
? Planning, assigning, and directing workflow
? Providing input about employee performance
? Addressing complaints and resolving problems
? Communicating concerns to management and/or owners before they become problematic
? Efficiently maintaining inventory levels; keeping accurate inventory
? Providing excellent customer service and counseling to meet our customer's medical needs

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
